On November 17, 2023, Kenvue Inc. (“Kenvue”) announced that it will hold its first Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 23, 2024. In accordance with Kenvue’s Amended and Restated Bylaws, notice of any item of business or director nomination to be brought before such meeting must be delivered and received at the principal executive offices of Kenvue in proper written form by 5:00 p.m. ET on November 27, 2023. Formal notice of the meeting, along with additional information, will follow.
