Effective December 30, 2020, the Registrant’s Board of Directors amended Article III, Section 1 and Article III, Section 2 of the Registrant’s By-Laws to permit the Board to hold meetings of shareholders virtually by electronic transmission without meeting in a physical place to the extent permitted by Mississippi law.
