On July 1, 2024, in connection with the completion of the Mergers and pursuant to the Merger Agreement, the Company amended and restated its Certificate of Incorporation and its Bylaws to reflect the changes contemplated by the Merger Agreement, described in the Proxy Statement/Prospectus, including to effect a change of its name from “CopperSteel Holdco, Inc.” to “Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.”
